Official Rules

1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Real-prize promotions are entered exclusively with Sweeps, which are never sold and are available free of charge.

2. Prototype status

Solaffle is a prototype operating on Solana devnet and is pending legal review. Nothing on this site is offered or represented as a registered, qualified, bonded, or legally-reviewed sweepstakes or promotion. [Placeholder — counsel to finalize sponsor, registration, and bonding disclosures.]

3. Sponsor

Sponsor: Solaffle Labs. Prizes in creator-run promotions are funded and escrowed by the promoting creator or project. [Placeholder — counsel to insert full legal entity, address, and administrator.]

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to participate. Age, region, and identity eligibility checks may apply. [Placeholder — counsel to specify minimum age, eligible jurisdictions, and excluded regions.] Employees of Solaffle Labs and the promoting creator, and their immediate families, are not eligible to win.

5. The two currencies

• Gold — an optional, purchasable entertainment currency. Gold has no cash value, is never redeemable for cash, crypto, or prizes, and Gold play awards only additional Gold.
• Sweeps — the promotional entry currency. Sweeps are never for sale and are obtained only free of charge. Sweeps are the only currency that enters real-prize promotions.

6. Methods of entry (equal dignity)

Sweeps may be obtained, free of charge, by any of the following methods:

1. Daily challenge — answer one short multiple-choice question per day, free of charge. A correct answer earns the daily free Sweeps. One attempt per person per calendar day (00:00 UTC reset). No purchase is required to play.
2. Online alternate method of entry (AMOE) — submit a no-purchase request as described on No Purchase Necessary. Limit one request per person per 24-hour period.
3. Mail-in alternate method of entry — hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and the phrase "Free Sweeps Request" on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: Solaffle Labs — Free Sweeps Request, P.O. Box [TBD], [City, State, ZIP]. Each valid card received earns the same number of free Sweeps as one online AMOE request, at identical value and identical odds. Limit one card per outer envelope and one request per person per 24-hour period; mechanically reproduced, photocopied, or bulk entries are void. 4. Free bonus with a Gold purchase — Gold packages include bonus Sweeps at no additional cost; the package price is identical with or without them.

Sweeps obtained by any method have identical value and identical odds. No method receives priority, weighting, or a multiplier of any kind, and Sweeps obtained free of charge are eligible in every promotion on identical terms.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Your chance of winning equals your entries divided by total entries in that promotion. No entry receives a multiplier, weighting, or priority of any kind.

8. Prizes

Prizes may include SOL, SPL tokens, NFTs, or physical goods, as described on each promotion page. Prizes are escrowed on-chain before entries open. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is offered except at the Sponsor's discretion. [Placeholder — counsel to add ARV disclosure and prize substitution language.]

9. Winner selection

At the stated deadline, the winning entry is selected using a Switchboard verifiable random function (VRF) value and settled by the on-chain program. The commit, reveal, and settlement transactions are publicly verifiable. If a promotion's minimum entry floor is not reached, no winner is drawn and all entries are returned automatically.

10. Winner notification, redemption, and KYC

Crypto prizes settle directly to the winning wallet. Physical prizes ship after the winner submits shipping details. Redemption of Sweeps is subject to a minimum threshold and may require identity verification (KYC) and eligibility confirmation. 11. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or duties arising from prizes they receive. Solaffle does not provide tax advice. [Placeholder — counsel to add reporting thresholds where applicable.]

Solaffle may disqualify entries obtained through fraud, automation, multi-accounting, exploit, or violation of these Rules or the Terms.
