Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By connecting a wallet to Solaffle or otherwise using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Solaffle is

Solaffle is a free-to-play prize platform prototype on Solana. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Solaffle is currently offered on Solana devnet with test SOL and mock balances, and is pending legal review. Nothing here is offered as a real-money game or as a registered sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted by local law to participate. Age, region, and identity checks may apply. See the Official Rules.

4. Gold

Gold is an optional entertainment currency. Gold has no cash value, is not a security or store of value, is never redeemable for cash, crypto, or prizes, and Gold play awards only additional Gold. Purchasing Gold does not improve your odds of winning any real prize. Gold purchases are final.

5. Sweeps

Sweeps are the promotional entry currency and are never for sale. They are obtained only free of charge — through the daily grant, a no-purchase request, or as a free bonus bundled with a Gold purchase at no additional cost. Sweeps are consumed (burned) when used to enter and are not transferable between users. Redemption is subject to thresholds and eligibility checks described in the Official Rules.

6. Non-custodial service

Solaffle is a non-custodial interface to an on-chain program. You control your wallet and your keys. Solaffle cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or move funds on your behalf.

7. Promotions and outcomes

Entries are recorded on-chain. Winners are drawn from a Switchboard VRF value and settled by the program. If a promotion does not reach its minimum entry floor, no winner is drawn and entries are returned automatically.

8. Creator-run giveaways

Creators who run a giveaway fund and escrow the prize themselves as a promotional event. Creators receive no consideration from entries. A giveaway is not a sale, and nothing on Solaffle constitutes an offer to sell an item to entrants.

9. Prohibited use

• Using the service where prohibited by law.
• Attempting to manipulate draws, exploit the program, or defraud other users.
• Multi-accounting or automating free Sweeps requests.
• Using the service to launder funds or violate sanctions.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. On-chain software carries inherent risk, including bugs, oracle failure, and network downtime.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solaffle Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page.
